ドミ共のコーヒーメーカー　“グレカ”

1. Esto es la cafetera de la República Dominicana y se llama “greca”.

Debe de haber uno en la cada familia.

This is the coffee machine of the Dominican Republic and it is called "greca".

There must be one in each family.

これはドミニカ共和国のコーヒーマシンで、 "greca(グレカ)"と呼ばれています。

各家庭に欠かせない物です。

2. Greca se compone de tres partes.

No necesitan filtro de papel de café, por lo que pueden hacer café con esto solo.

Greca is made up of three parts.

They do not need coffee paper filter, so they can make coffee with this alone.

Grecaは3つの部分で構成されています。

コーヒーペーパーフィルターを必要としないので、これだけでコーヒーを作ることができます。

3. Poner agua en la parte inferior y colocar café molido en el centro.

Put water on the bottom and place ground coffee in the center.

下のパーツに水を入れ、挽いたコーヒーを中央パーツにセットします。

4. Conectar la parte superior y prender fuego.

Connect the top and light a fire.

上部を接続して、火にかけます。

5. Cuando el agua hirviendo está sonando y está humeando, está listo.

El agua puesta debajo se calienta, pasa a través de café molido y sube a la parte superior.

When the boiling water is sounding and smoking, it is ready.

The water placed underneath is heated, passes through ground coffee and goes up to the top.

水が沸騰して湯気が出てきたら、出来上がりです。

下にセットされた水は加熱され、コーヒーを通って上に上がります。

6. El tamaño es variado. El mío es para una a dos personas.

The size is varied. Mine is for one to two people.

サイズは様々です。私のGrecaは1〜2人用です。
